The patented Hatco Flav-R-Savor® Heated Air Curtain effectively and safely holds hot food hot without the use of doors, allowing immediate access to product. Warm air at the front of the cabinet is forced downward, through the ducts above the opening, forming a "curtain" of heated air, a portion of which is drawn toward the rear of the cabinet to warm each pan. Temperatures range from 80°F to 200°F (27°C to 93°C). Includes easy-to-use digital controls, a lighted On/Off switch and a 6' cord and plug. Can be filled manually or with the auto-fill feature. 2-tier pass-through can accommodate two full-size sheet pans or four half-size sheet pans.
